As IT Manager, you will maintain and improve the internal company infrastructure, focusing on both hardware and software, to make sure the development team can work efficiently and without disruptions.

TASKS

- Manage on-site network hardware (router, switch, firewall…)
- Oversee server infrastructure (NAS, build machines)
- Improve IT infrastructure (new servers integration, manage software deployment processes, integrate SSO with various software and services)
- Handle hardware inventory (purchase, tracking)
- Maintain incident management protocols
- Provide daily team support, including deployment of new computers
- Support on DevOps topics

SKILLS

- Proficient with both Microsoft Server and Linux environment
- Knowledge of Active Directory/Microsoft Entra is required
- Knowledge of network hardware is required (routers, switches, firewalls…)
- You know how to troubleshoot common end-user hardware issues
- You are knowledgeable about security best practices and incident management
- You are proactive in suggesting and implementing infrastructure improvements
- You are organized and communicate well with technical as well as non-technical stakeholders

EXPERIENCE

- Previous IT experience is required
